Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality, functionality, and usability of our software products by conducting thorough testing and collaborating with developers to identify and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve defects efficiently.
• Conduct regression, functional, performance, and usability testing.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure products meet quality standards before deployment.
• Prepare detailed test reports and contribute to QA documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in software QA, testing web and mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing, and familiarity with automation tools such as Cypress or Playwright.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with test automation frameworks.
• Experience in real estate, healthcare, or ERP supply chain applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
